Once booked, you will receive a joining link that takes you to the online "Zoom" live video conferencing platform before your session.
You will receive a link to your personal video tutorial after each session.

Breathe freely together
Gather online with friends and family and practice Yoga & Mindfulness together.
Nominate your leader and we will chat to get to know a bit more about you, your tribe and schedule your event. Make it a one-off event, or a regular get together!
Sessions are held via Zoom and all members will receive the link to join: Cameras on, bodies on the mat, breathe freely.
The messier the merrier.
